Why does my second box arrives later?

For some countries we need to split the shipping, so if you ordered two or more boxes there is a possibility that they will be delivered separately (you will get two different tracking numbers).

Do I have to pay custom charges?

There are absolutely no customs duties to be paid.

I have a discount code, where can I enter it? 

You can enter the discount code in the checkout page.

Do you offer express shipping? 

Yes we do, currently available only for United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany and Italy.

Will I receive a tracking number? 

Yes of course, we will send you the tracking number 24-48 hours after your order (be sure to use a valid email address). You can also check tracking here.
